PRESENTER REQUEST FOR CEUS

PROVIDER NO. 864

Presenters are able to request CEUs for workshops that they are presenting for the first time at the CAACE Conference. For each hour of workshop time, two hours of preparation time will be counted toward CEUs. For example, a one-hour workshop presentation will be worth .3 CEUs; a two-hour workshop presentation will be worth .6 CEUs. If you are presenting a workshop(s) for the first time and would like to receive CEUs, please complete the form below as well as the Workshop Proposal and AV Request forms.
